A workshop that became a standard.

Founded in 1991 as a family business, Vikram Engineering Works grew into a specialist for textile spinning rings manufacturing. What began as a pursuit of uncompromising quality is today a state-of-the-art facility, shaped by three generations of engineers who refuse to settle.

Our rings are made of high-carbon, high-chrome 100 Cr 6 — core-hardened ball bearing steel — finished on precision CNC machinery by engineers with more than twenty-five years in ring manufacturing.

We don't build rings. We build the conditions under which perfection becomes repeatable.

Plasma-coated running surface

At the point of contact between ring and traveller, temperatures exceed 800°C. Conventional rings form micro-welds; ours don't. A non-metallic plasma-like coating — dry-lubricated and anti-wear — keeps travellers clean and rings in perfect condition, dramatically longer.

    Multi-axis CNC grinding produces base geometry to the micron. QC samples every nth ring in real-time.
